Please note that as part of our compliance requirements all workers are required to have a yearly appraisal. We constantly find that some Nurses still do not understand the importance of having an appraisal done yearly. Although some employers do not class this as being compulsory, we would like to reiterate that it is a mandatory requirement for working with Daytime Healthcare.
